Karelia House Yarn & Fabric Garden Fayre 2026 ~ This is a free event to attend.
Our Garden Fayre this year will be held on Friday 5th & Saturday 6th of June.
Joining us will be small local businesses with their pop up stalls. Still to be confirmed so make sure you follow us on Facebook & Instagram for all the latest news and updates on our events.
Some of our representatives from our suppliers will also be joining us over the 2 days.
The team will also be doing demonstrations on our Brother sewing machines. Over the 2 days there will be special deals and offers on in the shop on selected items. Please note on these 2 days loyalty cards and vouchers can't be used at this time as discounts are already applied.
We will have joining us local small businesses in our marker area outside with their handmade products. We will realise these soon once we have had them confirmed.
Lunch will be available , £5 deposit per person. Which is non refundable. Please add lunch deposit to your basket 1 per person for booking on the date you wish to attend this will be deducted from your payment on the day .
We have limited seating so booking is essential to avoid dissapointment.

Please book your lunch online with depsosit. You will then receive a email to confirm your booking and available times. You wll receive email in 2-3 working days so please bare with us.

Delivery
Over £50 ordered - Free Delivery. Please note this does not include Brother Sewing Machines.
Under £50 ordered - £5 Delivery
* Every order will be dispatched between 2 to 3 working days
Signature may be required.
* If you would require a next day delivery please order before 1pm by contacting Karelia House on Tel: 01887 822 027 and we can arrange delivery at a £12 charge.
Click & Collect
Items can be paid for online and now picked up in store.
Collection times are from Tuesday to Saturday 10am- 4pm. No minimum spend required.
Returns
14 days to return any unwanted or damaged goods.
Refunds and unwanted goods will only be credited when the goods are returned by the buyer and inspected. The goods must be unopened and all in their original packaging, with no damage and in a re-sellable.
Any goods returned after the 14 day limit will be subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
It is the sellers discretion whether we offer a refund or credit.
