Handknitted Hat to keep you lovely hand cosy and for you to have a handmade knitted hat which is beautifully designed.
This hat was designed for Karelia House Yarn and Fabric, Pattern was designed and hand knitted by Hilary Smith of Handmade by Hilber.

Born and bred in Dundee, Scotland, my love of handcrafts began when my mum taught me to knit at the age of 4 and I haven’t stopped since! Although I knit, crochet and sew, my passion definitely lies in designing and knitting my Fair Isle keps (hats).
My love of all things wool naturally lead me to find the woolly wonderland that is Karelia House. Situated in stunning, rural surroundings west of Aberfeldy where the rivers Lyon and Tay meet, it’s easy to be inspired to create new and exciting designs. As a regular visitor to Karelia House I’ve gotten to know the friendly and knowledgeable team well and I was delighted to have an opportunity to collaborate with them to design the Karelia Kep.
Keen to reflect the outstanding natural beauty of the surrounding area, I had clear areas of inspiration for my kep design. The river Tay is Scotland’s longest river, fast flowing and perfect for a variety of water sports. The Tay meets with the river Lyon close to Aberfeldy, where close by you can find ‘The Roman Bridge’, dating back to medieval times. The bridge and rolling waters are reflected in the bottom band of the Fair Isle design.
Schiehallion is one of Scotland’s best known mountains and if viewed from the nearby Loch Rannoch, appears to be pyramid in shape. Translated, Schiehallion means ‘Fairy Hill of the Caledonians’. See if you can spot the Schiehallion with the Fairies in between on the green and pink Fair Isle band!

Under £50 ordered - £5 Delivery

Signature may be required.
* If you would require a next day delivery please order before 1pm by contacting Karelia House on Tel: 01887 822 027 and we can arrange delivery at a £12 charge.
Click & Collect
Items can be paid for online and now picked up in store.
Collection times are from Tuesday to Saturday 10am- 4pm. No minimum spend required.
Returns
14 days to return any unwanted or damaged goods.
Refunds and unwanted goods will only be credited when the goods are returned by the buyer and inspected. The goods must be unopened and all in their original packaging, with no damage and in a re-sellable.
Any goods returned after the 14 day limit will be subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
It is the sellers discretion whether we offer a refund or credit.
