One Coloured Sweater:

3-4 years - 2 balls | 5-6 years - 2 balls | 7-8 years - 3 balls | 9-10 years - 4 balls

Two Coloured Sweater:

3-4 years - Main Colour 1 ball, Contrast 1 ball

5-6 years - Main Colour 1 ball, Contrast 1 ball

7-8 years - Main Colour 2 balls, Contrast 2 balls

9-10 years - Main Colour 2 balls, Contrast 2 balls

Hat: Main Colour 1 ball, Contrast Colour 1 ball

Hats:

3-6 months, 9 -12 months and 18-24 months: ALL versions use 1 ball of main and 1 ball of contrast

Delivery

Over £50 ordered - Free Delivery. Please note this does not include Brother Sewing Machines.

Under £50 ordered - £5 Delivery

* Every order will be dispatched between 2 to 3 working days

* If you would require a next day delivery please order before 1pm by contacting Karelia House on Tel: 01887 822 027 and we can arrange delivery at a £12 charge.

Items can be paid for online and now picked up in store.

Collection times are from Tuesday to Saturday 10am- 4pm. No minimum spend required.

Returns

14 days to return any unwanted or damaged goods.

Refunds and unwanted goods will only be credited when the goods are returned by the buyer and inspected.  The goods must be unopened and all in their original packaging, with no damage and in a re-sellable.

Any goods returned after the 14 day limit will be subject to a restocking charge of 25%.

It is the sellers discretion whether we offer a refund or credit.
